    ISW horizontal centrifugal pump use:


     ISW horizontal single-stage single-suction centrifugal pump for conveying clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage,

    ISW horizontal centrifugal pump installation points:


    1) The following review should be made before the pump is in place; the size, position and elevation of the foundation should meet the design requirements; the equipment should not have missing parts, damage and rust, etc.

    The nozzle protection and plugging should be in good condition; the disc should be flexible, without blockage, jamming, and no abnormal sound.


    2) Parts that have been assembled and commissioned at the factory should not be dismantled at will.


    3), the leveling of the pump installation is correct. The height of the pump foundation above the ground should be easy for the pump to be installed and should not be less than 0.1m. Pump transport to designated location

    After the installation, the equipment is lifted and installed, accurately placed on the basis of the equipment already completed, and then the anchor bolts are put on and the nuts are placed, and the horn is placed under the base.

    4) Pipe installation should meet the following requirements:

    b. After the pipeline is connected with the pump, it should not be welded or gas-cut on it. If welding or gas cutting is required, the pipeline should be removed or necessary measures should be taken to prevent welding slag.

    Parts that enter the pump and damage the pump. After the installation is completed, the pump shaft and the impeller should be driven without friction or jamming. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled for inspection.


    c. The configuration of the pipeline should be re-examined according to the equipment data and design drawings.


    d. Valves, check valves and pressure gauges shall be installed on the outlet pipe of each pump; when the pump directly pumps water from the outdoor water supply pipe, valves shall be installed on the suction pipe.

    Check valves and pressure gauges, and a bypass valve with a valve should be placed around the pump.


    5) Vibration isolation and noise prevention of the pump: It is advisable to install a flexible rubber joint or a bellows metal joint on the water inlet and outlet pipes; the pipe bracket should adopt an elastic hanger,

    Installation Notes

    1. The weight of the pipeline should not be added to the water pump during installation. There should be separate support bodies to avoid the deformation of the pump affecting the running performance and life.

    2, the pump and the motor are the overall structure, no need to find the right when installing, very convenient.

    3. The anchor bolts must be tightened during installation to avoid the impact of vibration on the pump performance during start-up.

    4. Before installing the water pump, carefully check whether there are any hard objects (such as stones, iron particles, etc.) that affect the operation of the pump in the pump flow path, so as to avoid damage to the impeller and the pump body when the pump is running.

    5. For the convenience of maintenance and safety of use, install a regulating valve on the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump and install a pressure gauge near the pump outlet to ensure operation within the rated head and flow range to ensure the normal operation of the pump and increase. The service life of the pump.

    6. When the pump is used for suction, it should be equipped with a bottom valve, and the inlet pipeline should not have too many bends, and there should be no leakage or air leakage.

    7. The discharge line such as the check valve should be installed outside the gate valve.

    8. After the pump shaft is installed, the impeller should be free of friction or jamming. Otherwise, the pump should be disassembled for inspection.

    9. The installation method of the pump is divided into hard connection and flexible connection installation.

    Start and stop

    (1) Preparation before starting

    1. Turn the motor fan blades by hand, the impeller should have no card grinding phenomenon and the rotation is flexible.

    2. Open the inlet valve, open the exhaust valve to fill the entire pump chamber, and then close the exhaust valve.

    3. Move the pump by hand to make the lubricating fluid enter the mechanical seal end face.

    4. Jog the motor to determine if the steering is correct.

    (2) Starting and running

    1. Open the inlet valve and close the discharge line valve.

    2. Turn on the power. When the pump reaches the normal speed, gradually open the valve on the discharge line and adjust to the required working condition.

    3, pay attention to observe the meter reading, check the shaft seal leakage, normal mechanical seal leakage <3 drops / min, check the motor, bearing temperature rise <70. C,

    If an abnormal situation is found, it should be handled in time.

    (three) parking

    1. Gradually close the spout pipe and cut off the power.

    2. Close the inlet valve.

    3. If the ambient temperature is below zero. C, the liquid in the pump should be drained to avoid cracking.

    4. If the vehicle is to be deactivated for a long time, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, and stored.

    Pump maintenance and care

    (1) Maintenance and maintenance during operation

    1, the water inlet pipe must be highly sealed

    2. It is forbidden to operate the pump for a long time under cavitation.

    3. It is forbidden to run the motor over a long period of time when the pump is running at high flow rate.

    4. Regularly check the motor current value during pump operation and must not exceed the rated current of the motor.

    5, the pump should be guarded during the operation to avoid accidents.

    6. The pump should be refueled every 500 hours of operation. The motor power is greater than llkW and equipped with a fueling device. It can be directly injected with a high-pressure oil gun to ensure the shaft.

    Excellent lubrication.

    7. After long-term operation of the pump, due to mechanical wear, when the noise and vibration of the unit increase, stop the inspection and replace the vulnerable parts and bearings if necessary.

    The overhaul period of the unit is generally one year.

    (2) Mechanical seal maintenance and maintenance

    1. Mechanical seal lubrication should be cleaned without solid particles.

    2. It is strictly forbidden to work mechanical seals under dry grinding conditions.

    3. The pump (motor) should be driven a few times before starting to avoid breakage of the seal ring caused by sudden start.
