ZW series self-priming non-clogging sewage pump is a kind of new structure product which has been successfully developed on the basis of repeatedly studying the similar technology at home and abroad.

Preparation and operation before starting
1. Check whether the fasteners of pump base, coupling, bearing seat and other connecting parts are loose or not.If there is looseness, tighten it.
2. Whether the coupling is stuck or abnormal sound or not when rotating by hand
3. Open the water inlet valve above the pump, add no less than two-thirds of the volume of the pump body, and close the valve.After starting up no need to refill water.
4. Connect the power supply and try to turn it clockwise from the motor end.(no reversal is allowed)
5. Turn on the machine and observe whether the pump is running normally.If there is any abnormal phenomenon, the reason should be found out and eliminated.
Using range
1, the environment temperature 50 ℃, medium temperature s80 ℃, the special requirements of up to 200 ℃.
2. The PH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron and 2-13 for stainless steel.
3. The medium weight shall not exceed 1240kg/m..
4. The height of self-suction shall not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the total length of the suction pipe shall be less than 10 meters.5. The diameter of suspended particles passing through the capacity is 60% of the diameter of the pump, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter of the pump.
