The T series self-priming sewage pump produced by our company is based on the original ZW series products, introducing American technology and working with Zhejiang Electromechanical Institute.

The pump integrates self-priming and non-blocking sewage discharge. It can be installed with the bottom valve and the irrigation water as well as the general self-priming water pump, and can also absorb and contain large particle solids and long fiber impurities. It is in the form of axial recirculation and passes through the pump body. The closed wide groove impeller of the original self-priming pump is designed as an open flow passage, and the throughput of impurities is larger than that of the ZW series, and the maximum diameter can reach 76.2 MM. In addition, when the original ZW series blocks the impeller due to excessive material or too long, it is necessary to disassemble the motor end and the rotor assembly. The SP series is designed with a decontamination port of the same diameter as the stop below the inlet of the pump. It can be disassembled with a single wrench without disassembling any fixed pipe or pump theme.
The T series is designed with wear discs to facilitate the fine adjustment of the impeller under normal wear conditions. The entire adjustment disc can be finely adjusted without disassembling the pipe or pump chamber. Widely used in municipal sewage treatment projects, river pond culture manure treatment, sedimentation of waste mineral impurities, light industry, paper, food, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, paddles and mixtures, etc.

1. Self-priming
T series pumps are self-priming centrifugal pumps. It is strictly prohibited to start the operation when the pump chamber is dry.Water shortage state not only can not self-suction, but also because of dry grinding and damage to the mechanical seal, the working temperature of the mechanical seal shall not be higher than 80. C.
1) before the first use;
2) the pump has been in use for a long time;
3) the liquid evaporative water injection hole in the pump body is located at the upper part of the body, and self-absorption can be realized when the pump body is filled with clean water.
2. Starting
The correct rotation of the pump from the impeller suction inlet to see counterclockwise rotation.Once found that the performance is not within the specified range, immediately stop to check the reverse direction, then change the wiring to correct.· disengage coupling or pulley when checking steering, independently check the motor, and observe whether the motor shaft or fan steering is correct.Open the outlet valve, priming pump, from the pressure gauge instructions or noise can judge the imbibition, if it can not be completed after 5 minutes, must stop check suction culvert leak, imbibition, after the completion of appropriate down outlet valve, type liquid fills the export pipeline, slowly after being export pipeline completely, to the rated flow regulating valve.

4 temperature
The maximum allowable operating temperature of this pump is 80. C. Long time off the valve operation will make the unit overheating, which will lead to serious consequences, at this time should stop cooling.In order to prevent the pump body burst, the front cover is equipped with a pressure relief valve, when the pump body pressure reaches a certain extreme value when the pressure relief valve automatically open.Check and clean relief valve frequently, its outlet is downward, relief valve action or each overhaul must be replaced.
5. Mesh
If the inlet and outlet are equipped with a screen, should check regularly and timely cleaning, when the pump liquid flow rate drops sharply or abnormal pressure gauge reading, should consider the possibility of blocked network.Import is strictly prohibited
6. Stop
Do not close the exit valve suddenly!The outlet valve should be closed slowly, so that the motor has a short idle state before shutdown, and the power supply should be cut off after shutdown.,
7. The storage
In cold weather, drain all the liquid in the pump to prevent freezing, and rinse the solid particles clean. If the drain hole is blocked by debris and cannot be completely emptied, flush it with the mixing pipe in the drain hole with sticks and barrels.
8 bearing temperature
Due to friction produced by the heat, the working temperature of bearing is always higher than the environment temperature, bearing temperature to 70 ℃ is normal, on at least 80 c can work safety.Bearing temperature increases sharply, indicating that a part of the abnormal work, the use of lubricants and the amount of bearings should be correct and appropriate, different shaft cores or vibration will also lead to overheating of the bearing.The bearing may be abnormal when the pump is put into use for the first time. After continuous operation for a period of time, the temperature will drop to normal level.
