Start, stop and run
1. Start and stop
(1) before starting.The rotor of the power pump should be smooth and even."
(2) close the water alarm valve.Fill the pump with water (vacuum pump to draw water if there is no bottom valve) and make sure there is filled water in the spring.No air pockets."
(3) if the pump is equipped with a vacuum gauge or pressure gauge, close the plug connected to the pump and restart the motor, and open it after the speed is normal;Then gradually open the outlet gate valve, if the flow is too large, can be appropriately closed small gate valve for adjustment;Conversely, if the flow rate is too small, open the gate valve;
(4) tighten the compression nut on the packing gland evenly to make the liquid drip out, and pay attention to the temperature rise outside the packing chamber;
(5) when stopping the operation of the pump, first close the cock of the vacuum gauge and pressure gauge and the gate valve on the outlet pipe road, and then cut the power supply of the motor. If the temperature of the ring is lower, open the square screw plug at the lower part of the pump body to remove the remaining water to avoid freezing and cracking:
(6) disassemble the pump when it stops using for a long time, wipe the water on the parts dry, and coat the processing surface with anti-rust oil for safekeeping.
2. Operation:
(1) the water pump bearing the highest temperature should not exceed 75 ℃;
(2) the amount of calcium-based butter used to lubricate the bearing should be 1/3~ 112% of the bearing body space.
(4) check the elastic coupling parts regularly and pay attention to the temperature rise of motor bearing;
(5) in the process of operation, if noise or other abnormal sound is found, it shall immediately stop, check the reason and eliminate it;
(6) it is not allowed to arbitrarily increase the speed of the pump, but it can be used to reduce the speed. If the rated speed of the pump is n, the flow rate is Q, the head is H, the shaft power is n, the speed is n1, and the flow rate, the head, and the shaft power are Q1.
