1. When the pump and the motor are directly connected, the coaxiality of the pump shaft and the motor output should be paid attention to; the accuracy of the pump installation has a great influence on the smooth running and service life of the pump, so it must be carefully recognized.

4. Installation in the suction pipe should pay attention to:
A. The installation height of the suction port should not exceed 5 meters. When the conditions permit, the installation height of the suction port should be as low as possible below the lowest storage level of the pool, and the long filling of the suction pipe should be shortened as much as possible.
It is beneficial to shorten the self-priming time and improve the self-priming function.
B. Valves, flanges, etc. in the suction line should be protected against air leakage or leakage of liquid, that is, the suction line is not allowed to leak.
C. The pump body should be prevented from inhaling solids and other debris, and a filter should be provided on the suction line. The effective filtration area of the filter should be 2-3 times the cross section of the suction pipe, and the filter should be inspected regularly.
D. The suction and discharge lines should have their own brackets, and the pump itself must not be loaded.
5. When the pump is installed, the electrostatic grounding resistance of the pump and pipeline should meet the specified requirements.
6. During installation, the pump casing and piping should be strictly inspected for stones, iron sand and other debris.
7. Correct the installation clearance and coaxiality of the pump coupling and the motor coupling. The allowable deviation of different shaft degrees is 0.1 mm. The difference in height between the pump shaft and the motor shaft can be adjusted with copper or iron on the foot.
8. After the actual operation of the unit for 3-4 hours, make a final inspection. If there is no abnormality, it is considered that the installation is proper, and the shaft should be inspected during the test operation.
9. The pump bearing body is provided with a cooling water joint of the cooling chamber device for the hose or plastic tube with the inner hole of the middle 12, and the thread size is M12x1.75.
10. If a check valve is installed on the outlet pipe of the pump and the pump cannot be smoothly discharged during the self-priming process, the exhaust pipe and valve should be added at the outlet of the pump.
Working principle and structure description
The pump adopts an axially returning pump body structure. The pump body is composed of a suction chamber, a liquid storage chamber, a scroll chamber, a liquid return hole, a gas-liquid separation chamber and the like. After the pump starts normally, the impeller will suck the liquid and suck in the suction chamber.
The air entering the pipeline is sucked together and completely mixed in the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid entrains the gas to flow to the outer edge of the scroll, and a certain thickness of white is formed on the outer edge of the impeller.
Foam belt and high speed rotating liquid ring. The gas-liquid mixture enters the gas-liquid separation chamber through the diffusion tube. At this time, due to the sudden decrease in the flow rate, the lighter gas is separated from the mixed gas, and the gas is spit through the pump body.
The mouth continues to rise and drain. The degassed liquid returns to the liquid storage chamber, and enters the impeller again through the return hole, and is again mixed with the gas sucked from the suction pipe inside the impeller, under the action of the high speed selected impeller,
It flows to the outer edge of the impeller. This process continues incessantly, and the air in the suction line is continuously reduced until the gas is exhausted, the self-priming process is completed, and the pump is put into normal operation.
There is also a cooling chamber at the bottom of the bearing body of some pumps. When the bearing heat rises and the bearing body temperature rises above 70 °C, it can be cooled by circulating any coolant pipe joint at the cooling chamber. Pump
The sealing mechanism for preventing liquid from leaking from the high pressure zone to the low pressure zone is a front and rear seal ring. The front seal ring is mounted on the pump body, and the rear seal ring is mounted on the bearing body. When the pump is worn for a long period of time, the seal ring is worn to a certain extent.
Degrees that affect pump efficiency and self-priming performance should be replaced.
