           The pump has been inspected and tested strictly before leaving the factory. Check whether there are any cracks, indentations or other obvious damage during transportation. Check whether the oil level meets the lubrication requirements (see VII. Lubrication). Pay attention to the product. Whether the storage time exceeds the maximum shelf life of the parts and components lubricants, if there is any abnormality, please contact the company in time to take measures and rush to start. The installation position of the pump should be as close as possible to the medium to be transported, and the unit should be installed horizontally. If necessary, add a support adjustment pad to eliminate vibration and ensure that the pump works well. In order to facilitate future maintenance, 0.5m space must flow out before the front cover of the pump. Hard tubes or hoses can be used for pump inlets and outlets, but the inlet hoses must be rigid to prevent suction. The material of the pipeline should be compatible with the medium being transported. The straightening of the pipeline layout is as good as possible. At this time, the pipeline loss is minimal, and the pipeline attachment is used as little as possible, and the elbow with large curvature is selected. The inlet and outlet pipes close to the pump should be supported separately.

          If the pressure gauge is installed, the length of the spring pressure pipe is not less than 450mm, and the degree of guarantee is accurate. In order to ensure self-priming performance, the inlet pipe is as short and straight as possible; the connection is tight and airtight, even a very small leak will affect the pump's self-priming, head and flow, especially when the pump has a high suction height. Yes, all joints in the inlet pipe must use sealant, and the sealant should be compatible with the media. The inlet valve must be used in the inlet line, and the flow valve cannot be adjusted. If the user needs to install the filter before the pump inlet, the total area of the filter hole is at least three times the cross-sectional area of the inlet pipe, and the hole diameter is smaller than the diameter of the particles allowed by the pump. The inlet pipe and the wall of the tank are at least 15 times the diameter of the pipe. If there is a flow of the pipe into the paddling pool, the flow must be kept away from the inlet of the inlet pipe to prevent the air from being brought into the inlet pipe and affect the efficiency of the pump. If the incoming flow has to be close to the inlet pipe, the baffle must be separated in the middle to allow the air to overflow before entering the inlet pipe. The inlet pipe is 15 times smaller than the baffle. If there are two or more inlet pipes in the paddling pool, to avoid mutual interference, the distance between the two pipes is at least 3 pipe diameters. The immersion depth of the suction tube is critical to the pump's performance. The graph below shows the flow rate versus minimum immersion depth. The outlet pipe must not be lower than the level of the medium being conveyed unless a siphon destroyer is installed. If the throttle valve is installed in the outlet pipe, the valve specifications are as large as possible, and the outlet valve must be slowly closed before the high lift pump is shut down. During the self-priming process, the air coming into the pipeline itself must be discharged through the pump outlet. If the pump outlet is open, it is directly discharged from the outlet. For example, if the outlet valve is installed, the pipeline must be connected to the atmosphere between the pump outlet and the valve, or the bypass pipe can be connected back to the suction pool. When using the coupling to drive, the motor shaft and the pump shaft must be coaxial, and there should be a certain gap between the two shaft extensions; when using the pulley drive, the two shafts must be parallel, using two or Multiple belts ensure the transmission effect.

    l. Self-priming

    P series pumps are self-priming centrifugal pumps. It is strictly forbidden to start running in the pump chamber without water! Water shortage is not only unable to self-prime, but also destroys mechanical seals due to dry grinding, mechanical seal work

    The temperature must not be higher than 80 °C. Water must be added to the pump body under the following conditions:

    1) before the first use;

     2) The pump has been used for a long time;

     3) The liquid in the pump is evaporated.

    The water injection hole is located at the upper part of the body, and self-priming can be achieved after the pump body is filled with clean water.

    2. start

    The correct direction of rotation of the pump is counterclockwise rotation from the impeller inlet. Once the performance is found to be out of the specified range, immediately stop the inspection and turn to the opposite direction, then change the wiring to correct it.

    When checking the steering, disconnect the coupling or pulley and check the motor separately to see if the motor shaft or fan is turning correctly. Open the outlet run, start the pump, indicate from the pressure gauge or noise

    The sound can judge the self-priming condition. If the self-priming is not completed after 5 minutes, it is necessary to stop the air leak in the inlet pipe. After the self-priming is completed, the small outlet valve is properly closed, and the liquid is slowly filled.

    The outlet line, after the outlet line is completely filled, adjust the valve to the rated flow.

    3. Give way

    There must be no leakage on each mating surface of the pump to ensure that all pipe joints and accessories are tightly fitted to reduce volume loss.

    4. temperature

    The pump's maximum allowable operating temperature is 80 °C. Long-term shut-off operation will overheat the unit, which will lead to serious consequences. At this time, the cooling should be stopped. To prevent the pump from bursting,

    The front cover is equipped with a pressure relief valve, and the pressure relief valve is automatically opened when the pressure inside the pump reaches a certain extreme value. Always check and clean the pressure relief valve with its outlet facing down, after the pressure relief valve is actuated or every time

    Repairs must be replaced.

    5. Filter

    If the filter is installed in the import and export, it should be inspected regularly and cleaned in time. When the pumping liquid flow drops sharply or the pressure gauge reads abnormally, the possibility of the net being blocked should be considered. It is strictly forbidden to use imported
