Note: This sample covers all models of our recommended corporate standards, and we have all models of the national standard available for stock. Due to space limitations, it will not be described in detail here.

If the total length of the complete set of equipment is less than 3.2m, the package of the pump and motor is 1 box. In contrast, pumps and motors are packaged separately. If the customer does not have special requirements, we usually use wooden boxes.
Working condition
1. Power
(1) If rated frequency is 50 HZ, rated voltage of motor end shall ensure for 380± 5% v with three phase ac power (need special order if the voltage is 660V).
(2) Transformer load power should not exceed 75% of its capacity
(3) When transformer is far from the well, pressure drop of the transmission lines should be considered, if the power is greater than 45 kw, transformer to the wellhead distance should no more than 20 meters, when more than 20 meters, transmission line specification should be 2 levers higher than cable specification, line pressure drop should also be considered.
2. Water quality
(1) no corrosive water in general condition
(2) sand contents0.01% ( mass ratio ).
(3) PH solution within 6.5-8.5
(4) chloride ion content less than 400mg/L
(5) hydrogen chloride contents1.5mg/L
(6) water temperatures20℃
3. Wellbore requirements
(1) straight, smooth, no bump and well tube dislocation, shaft diameter should not less than the corresponding frame size.
