The working principle of ZW self - priming sewage pump:

A liquid storage cavity is arranged in the pump body, and is communicated with the pump working cavity through the upper return hole and the lower circulation hole, thereby forming an axial reflux external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, the pump cavity has already stored a certain volume of liquid. When the pump starts, the liquid in the pump is driven by the impeller, and the air is thrown upwards, and the liquid is reflow through the grid of the gas liquid separation tube to the working chamber, so that the pump is formed to a certain degree of vacuum, and the effect of self suction is achieved.

Preparation and operation of ZW self priming pump before starting

Check whether the fasteners of the connection parts of the pump base, coupling and bearing are loose? If there is a loosening, it should be tightened.

Are there any phenomena such as cassette tape or abnormal sound when using the hand to turn the coupling?

Open the water valve above the pump and add 2/3 of the storage liquid to the volume of the pump volume, close the valve. There is no need for water to be irrigated in the future.

Then turn on the power supply and turn it from the motor side to the clockwise direction. (prohibit reversal)

Do you open the machine and see if it is normal? If there are abnormal phenomena, we should find out the causes and eliminate them.

ZW self-priming pump use range:

1, the ambient temperature is less than 50 degrees Celsius, the medium temperature is less than 80 degrees Celsius, the special requirement can reach 200 degrees Celsius.

2, the medium pH value of cast iron is 6-9 and stainless steel is 2-13.

3. The medium is not more than 1240 kg /m3

4, self suction height can not exceed the specified value of 4.5-5.5 meters, suction tube length is Q10 meters

5. The diameter of the suspended particles is 60% of the pump caliber and the length of the fiber is 5 times of the caliber of the pump.
