2. Since it has been adapted to any medium, concentration and temperature so far, the corrosiveness and use conditions of the medium to be transported by the user should not exceed the range used by the pump.

3. The technical data proposed by this product are all measured by normal temperature and clear water. If the conveying medium is not normal temperature and clear water, the performance of the pump will change. Please make appropriate adjustments.

1. The joint of the conveying pipe of the pump device, especially the joint of the input pipe, must be connected reliably and sealed well.

2. If the HYL pump is installed above the suction level, the inlet valve of the suction pipe should be installed. The HYLZ self-priming pump does not need to install the bottom valve in the suction range.

3. When the liquid to be transported is mixed with hard objects such as bamboo, wood, stone or metal, which are too large or too long, the filter must be installed at the inlet of the suction pipe to prevent the above objects from being sucked into the pump and causing the impeller to be stuck. Damage to the motor or pump parts.

4. The pump unit should generally have overload and short circuit protection devices, such as fuses and overcurrent relays, and adjust the setting position of the protection device according to the current of the motor label.

Instructions for use:

1. Before starting, the pump chamber should be filled with liquid, and it is strictly prohibited to start the liquid in the pump chamber.

2. Before use, it should be confirmed that the motor can be used without turning. The correct steering of the semi-open impeller structure pump is: facing the tail of the motor, the motor blades should rotate clockwise, and the correct steering of the closed impeller pump is: facing the tail of the motor. When watching, the motor blades should rotate counterclockwise, and the test start should be electric.

3. The bearing water pump with bearing bracket should be equipped with No. 30 lubricating oil in the cavity of the bearing bracket before use. The oil level is kept below the neutral line of the oil mirror. Only oil is visible. It is strictly forbidden to lack oil and damage the bearing.
