When transporting water-based substances or other liquids whose chemical properties are similar to those of clean water, the temperature of the medium to be transported must not exceed 80°. DL type vertical multistage pump is mainly composed of inlet section, outlet section, middle section, impeller, impeller retaining sleeve, balance system, packing lifting, guide vane, gland, bearing, etc. This type of multistage pump is entirely pumped. Composed of the motor, the pump and the motor are connected by a coupling, and the whole is rigidly connected. The pump consists of a stator and a rotor. The stator part is composed of a water inlet section, a middle section, a guide vane, a water outlet section, a stuffing body, etc., in order to prevent the wear of the west, the stator is provided with a sealing ring, a balance sleeve and the like. Replacement with spare parts after wear. The rotor portion is composed of a shaft, a middle wheel, a balance drum, and the like. The lower end of the rotor is a water-lubricated bearing, and the upper part is an angular contact ring bearing. The axial force of the pump is mostly carried by the balance drum, and the remaining residual axial force is received by the angular contact ring bearing. The joint surface of the inlet section, the middle section and the outlet section is stretched to the seal by tensioning with a paper pad. The shaft seal form of the whole pump adopts packing seal or mechanical seal, which can be selected according to the needs of users. The entire running direction is counterclockwise as seen from the drive end of the motor.
Conditions of Use
1. The medium used should be similar to water, with a kinematic viscosity <150mm2/s, and no hard particles, no corrosive properties;
2. The altitude of the environment used is <1000 meters. When it is exceeded, it should be submitted in order, so that the factory can provide you with more reliable products;
3, the medium use temperature -15 ° C ~ 120 ° C;
4, the maximum system working pressure ≤ 2.5MPa;
5. The ambient temperature should be lower than 40 °C and the relative humidity should be lower than 95%.
