The first half of the development of the half century of China's pump industry is hard and brilliant. The development of the latter is a big expansion of the low end industrial model. A brief summary has basically experienced four major stages of development.
In the first stage, in the early days of the founding of the people's Republic, with the assistance of the former Soviet experts, and through the joint efforts of the old experts of the first batch of pump industry in China and the ten state-run pumps and engineers, the foundation of the new China's pump industry was initially constructed.
In the second stage, in the planned economy, especially in seven and 80s, in order to meet the needs of the national economic development, the state has spent a great deal of financial resources to introduce a large number of foreign advanced technology into the pump enterprises of the major countries, and cultivate a large number of pump industry talents through digestion and absorption, forming a large number of mature departments. Listed products are widely used in all walks of life, playing a role in the heart, and forming a national standard for industry.
In the third stage, after the reform and opening up, the foreign capital pump enterprises poured into China, and the stock ownership of the state-owned pumps was almost wildly purchased. The wolves swallowed the best quality pump resources, markets and talents that the country had built for decades. Many of the state-owned brands have been the owners and adherence of the old and deserted soldiers. A large number of private entrepreneurs with keen sense of smell regard the state-owned old brands as precious treasures, strive to get the cold wings left by foreign companies to develop themselves, attract a large number of pump talent peacocks to fly southeast, and promote a large number of today's private enterprises, and private enterprises have achieved great development.
The fourth stage is the pump industry at the present stage, and the foreign pump enterprises and private pump enterprises are developing in parallel, competing for the layout of the site. The top ten pumps in the world today have their own factories, and their sole proprietorship or joint venture dominated factories almost occupy more than 90% of the high-end market in China's pump industry. Private enterprises have also made great progress in the middle and low end market. At present, the huge scale of ten thousand pump enterprises and millions of employees has been formed in China.
In 2015, the new normal situation of China's economy was enough to prompt the practitioners of pump industry to feel the invasion of pump industry in the winter. In 2015, China accounted for at least 30% of pump sales by 30% to 40%. We can not help exclaiming why the cold current of pumps is so fierce. Is it unprepared? There is a word that should be remembered for entrepreneurs, that is, the path of enterprise development should be consistent with or opposite to the policy of economic and political development at the present stage of the country, otherwise it must be destroyed by oneself. In today's China, even the "RMB" is serious surplus, almost every industry is serious oversurplus, however, the special reality is that the low end products are seriously oversurplus, and the high-end products are seriously inadequate. Is there anything else that can be kept alive by the opportunity of low-end fantasy? The transformation is fast, and it can be reborn. The pace is slow.
The new normal of the Chinese economy today tells the entrepreneurs of pump industry that they must be sober:
The 1. low end of China's pump industry is not tomorrow.
2. today, at least 80% of Chinese pump companies are still thirty years away from the world's top Pump Companies in terms of technology, management and production mode.
3. pump enterprises relying on labor cost and man hour cost advantages are gone forever.
4. whether state-owned pump enterprises or private pump enterprises entrepreneurs can really ask themselves the core competitiveness of pump enterprises where? Where is the social value and significance of existence? Where is the value of the future in particular? This must be understood clearly.
5. now we can clearly feel that the Chinese government's determination to fight corruption will not be shaken, nor is it going through the motions or a gust of wind. In this way, China's market order is bound to be rebuilt, and no illusions should be illusions such as "hard relations and strong means".
How does the Chinese pump industry develop under the new normal? Where is the way out? My personal remark is "going along with the trend and changing the industry", specifically speaking as follows three points:
1. reconstructing the industry value system
Whether the pump industry scholars, entrepreneurs, engineers, or users should have the height of the development and promotion of China's pump industry responsibility, completely change the urgency and interest, the three hearts and two minds, the interest, the impetuous gimmicks, the falsification, the prizes for prizes and the foreign language, and should return to the feet, love the bank and respect their duties. It is a firm reconstruction of the industry value system: reconstructing industrial responsibilities, professionalism, skills, scholarship, and devotion.
2. objectively understanding and actively participating in the reorganization and reorganization of the industry
Today, China absolutely can not allow nor need 10000 pump companies to co-exist and enjoy common prosperity. What China needs is not more than 100 brands that have influence on local brands, and more than 10 of the world's pump influence, each of which has a global distribution of 5~20 factories around the world. According to the statistics, the total sales volume of the top ten pumps in China in 2014 is still offset by the sales of a pump in the United States in 1998, and there are also three listed companies in the top ten pumps in China. Some people are happy and boast of the power status of the pump industry, which can only be self deception and self appreciation. They know that they are only a frog in the bottom of the well, and the weak are brave.
If the new normal state of China's economy can force the number of Chinese pump enterprises to decrease by 30% in three years or so, and to destroy a large number of low-end pumps in five years, that is the normal situation of the industry. So, what is the way out of the existing pump?
