Installation preparation for fire pump

1. the cable of the fire pump should be in good condition.

The insulation resistance of 2. motor should be greater than 50M Omega.

3. fasteners should not be loosened. The motor barrel should be intact.

The 4. guide bar should be fastened and reliable, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the fire pump.

Installation of fire pump

1. the lifting of the fire pump should be made of stainless steel chain and always placed on the lifting screws of the pump group.

2. the fire pump and its matching control cabinet are reliably grounded.

3. because the water pressure of the fire pump is high and the pump is not suited to the coupling with the lotus root, the exit of the fire pump is connected with a metal hose or steel pipe. The length of the pipe connecting with the pump outlet must be extended to the surface of the pool cover, which is convenient to disassemble.

4. fire pump outlet should be installed with hose check valve according to specification.

5. the pump outlet piping should be supported on the ground so as not to cause deformation or damage of the fire pump.

Fire pump test:

1. when the fire pump debugging, if the pressure can not reach the requirements, the possible motor reversal, should change any phase sequence in the three-phase wire, such as the pressure is still low and unstable, to deal with the fire pump outlet pipeline to carry out gas treatment;

2. when the fire pump is running, the outlet valve should be adjusted to make the exit pressure at the running time reach the rated requirement, otherwise the fire effect or the overload operation of the fire pump should be affected
